King Media and  GLHC are Housing Big Ideas

As a facet of our continued partnership, the Greater Lansing Housing Coalition chose King Media to be their partner for the branding, design, development and promotion of their comprehensive 5-Year Fair and Affordable Housing Plan for the Tri-County region. King Media is positioning this plan as not only a report, but a fully branded entity, complete with a logo, color scheme and brand guidelines.

After thorough research, King Media termed the 5-Year Fair and Affordable Housing Plan “ICE,” to represent both “Ingham, Clinton and Eaton” counties, as well as the “Innovative, Collaborative and Empowering” solutions the plan brings to the table. Beyond brand development and managing complete design and production of the plan, King Media has established community outreach strategies, directed and produced three :30 commercial spots, managed public relations and publicity initiatives, and put into action an earned media strategy. King Media is proud to support our community through our continued work with the Greater Lansing Housing Coalition.

As the Executive Director of the Greater Lansing Housing Coalition (GLHC), I take great pride in what our organization does for the community. We are very privileged to have been given a grant to conduct the 5-Year Fair and Affordable Housing Plan for Mid-Michigan, in partnership with Michigan State University and the Tri-County Regional Planning Commission. We knew the final report would need to be a beacon for GLHC, and King Media was our first choice to design and produce this campaign.

This 5-Year Plan is one of the most important projects for GLHC, and King Media took our request to develop an engaging report and ran with it. Not only have they been responsive to each of our needs and requests from the very beginning, they have created an entirely branded integrated campaign, with graphic design, advertising, public relations, and earned media components. I have always trusted King Media with my most visible projects, and it makes me so proud to see their team represent the Greater Lansing Housing Coalition so professionally.
